As with every Premier inn all clean and the reception staff helpful and friendly beds and pillows very comfortable. A good reception on decent size tv .I had to ask at reception for more coffee and sugar as used what was supplied. Not a problem getting more from very helpful lady so yes this is as good as all the Premier inn in have stayed in
Stay here often when visiting friends. Check in is easy, you can get your parking ticket scanned from the shopping centre and it gives you a discount for parking. Rooms always lovely and clean. The restaurant attached is great food. Clean and looks good. Always friendly staff and helpful
We stayed to celebrate my husband’s birthday and had a wonderful experience. The team were incredibly helpful throughout, from check‑in to check‑out, everything was seamless. Our room was exceptionally quiet, which meant we enjoyed a few nights of truly amazing sleep. It was spotless, comfortable, and well looked after. Jorge was especially friendly and helpful, and really added to our stay. The hotel is also in the middle of the highstreet so its easy to walk to restaurants and shops.
If you need to be not too far from the M25 or Surrey, this is a fantastic alternative to staying in the more traditional village hotels or run down inns in the county. It serves as a great urban base—reliable, modern, and very well-connected. Highlights: Service: A huge thank you to Tatiana at reception. Since I booked via Expedia, I couldn't use the self-service kiosks, but she was incredibly helpful and got me checked in manually with no issues. Location: You are right on Sutton High Street with plenty of amenities, plus there is a convenient 24/7 car park nearby. Food: Having the steakhouse on the ground floor is a great bonus if you don't want to travel far for dinner. Highly recommended for a functional, stress-free stay.
Very clean room and we have a bath which was great! Reasonable value and in a great location. Some noise from the next room and upstairs and quite loud until almost midnight but some stupid people are just oblivious of their own behaviour.
The location of the hotel is very central close to the high street and restaurants. The front desk was most helpful in allowing me a slightly earlier checkin after a long haul flight. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a quiet comfortable and centrally located accommodation
5 stars service, can’t fault anything to be honest and will definitely be back when I’m in town. Was very happy with the room, location and overall atmosphere. Room was very clean and flawless.
Stayed for 6 weeks following a serious fire at my home, whilst seeking temporary accommodation during late September, October and early November this year.. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly.. Staff treated me like family and were kind, empathetic and friendly.. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the hotel is very centrally and conveniently situated for shopping. The staff and food at their Bar and Block restaurant are both excellent.. Having stayed previously in many Premier Inns... This one shines out.. Thank you to you all.. Happy Christmas!
